Position Summary

PBI International is seeking experienced, safety-focused CDL Drivers with Hazmat/Tanker Endorsements to support our industrial cleaning, environmental services, tank cleaning, and emergency response operations.

This position is responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, and waste while supporting field operations throughout the region. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and willing to travel as needed to support customer projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A and/or Class B commercial vehicles.
  • Transport equipment, tools, waste materials, and hazardous materials to and from project sites.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required documentation.
  • Complete driver logs, shipping papers, and other DOT-required records.
  • Ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements.
  • Properly secure loads and verify required placarding and labeling.
  • Assist field crews with loading, unloading, mobilization, and project support activities.
  • Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.
  • Participate in safety meetings, training, and emergency response activities.
  • Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
  • Travel throughout Texas, Louisiana, and surrounding areas as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Current Hazmat Endorsement (Required).
  • Minimum of 23 years old with 2 years of commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
  • Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tanker Endorsement.
  • TWIC Card.
  • Experience with vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, tank cleaning operations, environmental services, industrial cleaning, or waste transportation.
  • Experience working in refinery, petrochemical, terminal, pipeline, or industrial environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders and access equipment safely.

Position Summary

PBI International is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Hydro Excavator Operator to join our team. The Hydro Excavator Operator is responsible for safely operating hydro excavation equipment to expose underground utilities, perform daylighting operations, trenching, debris removal, and support industrial, municipal, and construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong equipment operating skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely operate hydro excavation trucks and associated equipment.
  • Perform utility locating support, potholing, trenching, slot trenching, and daylighting activities.
  • Operate high-pressure water systems and vacuum equipment.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Follow all company safety policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Read and understand utility markings, site drawings, and work instructions.
  • Coordinate activities with supervisors, customers, and field personnel.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, timesheets, and inspection reports.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid CDL Class A or B license.
  • Tanker endorsement preferred.
  • Previous hydro excavation, vacuum truck, or heavy equipment experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain site-specific safety certifications.
  • Strong understanding of excavation safety and utility protection practices.
  • TWIC Card preferred.

The Environmental Technician is responsible for supporting environmental and industrial service projects, including spill response, waste handling, industrial cleaning, decontamination, vacuum operations, and other environmental field activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to perform physically demanding work, and a willingness to work in industrial environments under varying field conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform environmental and industrial field services in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Assist with spill response, containment, cleanup, and remediation activities.
  • Support industrial cleaning, tank cleaning, and decontamination operations.
  • Operate vacuum hoses, pumps, pressure washing equipment, and other environmental service equipment.
  • Set up and maintain work areas, containment systems, hoses, pumps, and associated equipment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory protection when required.

Job Summary

The Administration Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, and managing customer and suppliers accounts to ensure smooth cash flow. This position, if required, would also be responsible for timekeeping in company payroll system.

Supervisory Responsibilities

May give indirect supervision and guidance to other office personnel as required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Purchase Order Responsibilities

  • Create, prepare, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and purchasing procedures.
  • Review purchase requisitions, quotes, pricing, and vendor information to ensure accuracy before issuing purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate purchase order records and documentation, including changes, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors regarding order status, delivery dates, backorders, and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and accounting to resolve purchasing, invoicing, and receiving issues.
  • Track purchasing activity and provide reports related to open, completed, and outstanding purchase orders.
  • Assist with maintaining vendor information and ensuring purchasing records are complete and up to date.

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and perform reconciliations of vendor statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Perform month-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts payable balances and preparing accruals.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Monitor and manage customer accounts, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of customers and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Analyze AR aging reports and implement collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues and disputes.
  • Prepare AR reports for management review and assist in financial forecasting.

Others

  • Collect timesheets, review for accuracy and approval, and enter them into the company payroll system on a weekly basis.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to management.

Job Summary

Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, including HR support, Front Desk Receptionist and Records Filing and Management.

Accountabilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Monitor and follow up on DISA requirements for employees, ensuring compliance.
  • File, retrieve, and update employee records and confidential documents.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.
