Position Summary

PBI International is seeking experienced, safety-focused CDL Drivers with Hazmat/Tanker Endorsements to support our industrial cleaning, environmental services, tank cleaning, and emergency response operations.

This position is responsible for safely transporting equipment, materials, and waste while supporting field operations throughout the region. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and willing to travel as needed to support customer projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A and/or Class B commercial vehicles.
• Transport equipment, tools, waste materials, and hazardous materials to and from project sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required documentation.
• Complete driver logs, shipping papers, and other DOT-required records.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety requirements.
• Properly secure loads and verify required placarding and labeling.
• Assist field crews with loading, unloading, mobilization, and project support activities.
• Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and emergency response activities.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
• Travel throughout Texas, Louisiana, and surrounding areas as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Current Hazmat Endorsement (Required).
• Minimum of 23 years old with 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tanker Endorsement.
• TWIC Card.
• Experience with vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, tank cleaning operations, environmental services, industrial cleaning, or waste transportation.
• Experience working in refinery, petrochemical, terminal, pipeline, or industrial environments.

PBI International is seeking experienced Roustabouts to join our Midland, Texas team. Candidates must have a minimum of 2–3 years of roustabout or directly related oilfield experience and be familiar with the demands of working in the Permian Basin.

This is a hands-on field position supporting oilfield and industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, dependable attendance, and a demonstrated commitment to working safely. Candidates must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general roustabout and oilfield labor duties in support of field operations.
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of piping, valves, fittings, and other field equipment.
• Assist with rig-up and rig-down of equipment, hoses, tools, and job-site materials.
• Perform general facility, lease-site, and equipment maintenance and cleanup.
• Load, unload, move, and stage equipment and materials.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as trained and authorized.
• Assist equipment operators, welders, mechanics, and other field personnel as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Participate in JSAs, safety meetings, and pre-job planning.
• Recognize job-site hazards and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow PBI International, customer, and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are identified.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of roustabout or directly related oilfield field experience required.
• Working knowledge of common oilfield tools, equipment, piping, valves, fittings, and general field operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time.
• Must be safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a field crew.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Position Summary

As an industrial environmental technician, you will be responsible for the support of field operations by assisting with industrial cleaning, hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling and environmental maintenance at client facilities, refineries, chemical plants and manufacturing sites. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to environmental and OSHA regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Industrial Cleaning & Maintenance: Provide support to the daily operations of specialized equipment including high-pressure/ultra-high-pressure pumps, hydroblasting units, industrial vacuum trucks and hydro excavation trucks.
• Environmental & Waste Management: Handle, remove, and transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials in compliance with EPA and DOT guidelines.
• Site Support: Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of field equipment, containment areas, water treatment systems and various departments within the assigned facility.
• Confined Space Support: Perform confined space entry or support teams working inside tanks, vessels, and restricted industrial areas.
• Safety & Compliance: Participate in daily safety meetings, follow Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Documentation: Complete daily field logs, safety checklists, equipment inspection sheets, and job tickets as instructed by supervision.
